Annual leave

Associates earn more than two weeks of annual leave during their first year of work. As part of a global service recognition program, associates also receive a bonus week of leave every five years.

Sick and hospitalization leave

All associates are eligible for 24 days of combined sick and hospitalization leave during their first 12 months of employment, accrued at the rate of two days per month. After the first full year of employment, associates accrue four days of combined sick and hospitalization leave each month. A maximum total of 120 days may be accrued.

Maternity leave

Associates are entitled to take paid maternity leave according to statutory guidelines.
