Meal allowance

Eligible associates receive a monthly tax-free meal allowance of CHF 250.

Transport subsidy

The Capital Group encourages associates to use public transport and therefore reimburses 100% of the cost of public transportation (between home and work). For associates who choose to drive to work, we provide subsidized parking spaces (discount price) close to the office building.

Sports allowance

We promote and encourage wellness by reimbursing up to CHF 450 per calendar year for subscriptions to sports activities or fitness.

Associate Assistance Program

From your first day of employment, you and dependents living in your household will be covered under our Associate Assistance Program which provides 24-hour service and assistance on any subject, from request for information or documentation to psychological support.

Scholarship program for associates' children

Eligible associates who have children under the age of 25 may apply for our scholarship program.

Community service leave

After five years of service, if you are a full-time associate, you may request a leave of absence to devote time to a volunteer project of a qualified non-profit organization. If your request is accepted, you will receive a percentage of your base salary for up to six months and will remain covered under most of our benefits programs.
