Annual vacation

As a full-time associate, you will be entitled to 25 days of vacation per year upon entry (prorated based on your hire date). In your fifth year of service, your annual vacation entitlement will increase to 28 days. Senior managers are entitled to 28 days per year from their start date or the year in which they are promoted to senior manager. As part of a global service recognition program valid across all of The Capital Group Companies worldwide, you will also receive an extra “bonus” week of vacation every five years.

Family

At the Capital Group, we offer family leave schemes including maternity, paternity and adoption, some of which offer enhanced occupational payments.

In addition, to associates who decide to adopt a child, we offer a CHF 7’800 lump sum to help with related costs such as adoption fees, court costs and traveling expenses.
