Health care

• Generous private medical and dental insurance schemes are available from your first day for both you and your dependants and are not subject to a medical history declaration.
• A medical screening subsidy is available to all associates on an annual, bi-annual or tri-annual basis, dependent upon age.
• The cost of an eye test and a contribution towards glasses or lenses will be reimbursed each calendar year.

Life assurance

• All associates are entitled to life assurance equal to four times their annual salary as at scheme renewal and subject to certain limits defined by the insurer.

Short- and long-term sickness schemes

Short-term and long-term sickness schemes are available. Payment will be made subject to the criteria and conditions of the insurer.

Business travel

Associates travelling on business are provided travel and accident insurance.
