Our health care program offers you a choice of PPO and HMO options designed to help meet your family's medical, dental and vision needs.

• Coverage for you and your eligible family members begins on your first day of employment — no waiting period.
• Our premier PPO plans pay up to 90% of usual and customary charges,* and cover a range of services not found in many other plans — including well-baby care, alternative procedures, chiropractic care and routine physicals. Even our most basic PPO plan provides a comprehensive and generous level of benefits.
• Our HMO plans can save you money while providing a full array of services, including fully paid maternity care (after meeting a co-pay as little as $500), routine physicals and well-baby/child care.

We make every effort to keep your costs affordable. The Capital Group picks up the majority of the premium costs. Current rates for full-time associates range from $40-95 (associate only) to $110-275 (associate plus family) per month.

Life insurance

All associates automatically receive basic life insurance of two times their annual salary rounded up to the nearest $50,000, in addition to company-provided personal accident insurance and business travel insurance. Additional life insurance is available at group rates.
