Keeping your life in balanceLife ResourcesEmployee assistance (EAP) and work-life balance programs provided through LifeEra. Confidential EAP assessment for associates and family members at no cost, up to three visits per situation. Nationwide resource and referral service to assist with child and elder care needs and other life balance issues. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Health and fitness club reimbursementCapital will reimburse 50% of enrollment or renewal fees in a health or fitness club (up to a maximum of $100), and 50% of monthly dues (up to a maximum of $25 per month) for an individual membership. Commuting subsidyAssociates may be reimbursed up to $150 each month in some locations if they use public transportation or a van/carpool to commute to work. Sporting and entertainment ticketsAssociates may receive complimentary tickets to sporting and entertainment events (or a reimbursement subsidy), based upon length of service with the company. Flexible work schedulesWe realize that our associates have busy lives outside of work. To help accommodate this, Capital is implementing flexible work schedules, such as four day/ten hour arrangements, in some locations where business needs permit. |
