Benefits for part-time associates

Part-time associates with Capital enjoy many of the same benefits as full-time associates:

  • Medical coverage

    Preferred provider organization (PPO), HMO and HMO-Plus plans.

    Dental preferred provider organization (PPO) or dental HMO.

  • Reimbursement accounts

    Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA) and Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA).

  • Life insurance

    A minimum of $50,000 in company-paid life insurance, regardless of salary. Associates may also purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their family.

  • Personal accident insurance (PAI)

    Company-paid PAI insurance equal to company-paid life insurance. Associates may purchase additional PAI for themselves and their family.

  • Retirement benefits

    Master Retirement Plan (MRP) and 401(k) Tax Advantage Plan.

    Short-term and long-term disability insurance coverage.

    Amount of vacation is prorated based on number of hours worked.
