Capital reimburses associates — up to a maximum of $5,000 per calendar year (undergraduate) or $10,000 per calendar year (graduate) — who continue their education through approved educational programs. Associates are eligible after 90 days with the company.
Internal training
Associates may continue to broaden work-related skills and expertise through a wide range of company-provided programs and outside seminars that provide them with training to be successful in their job. Topics include time management, communication skills, computer courses, management training and various information sessions designed to expose associates to different areas of the company.
